Tool steel K110
Description
K110 is a tool steel produced by Boehler, equivalent to D2 steel. It is highly wear-resistant, holds the edge well, but is difficult to sharpen. It offers good toughness and decent corrosion resistance, although it is not classified as a stainless steel. It is possible to sharpen a very poisonous blade.
