Loveless bolts

Description

Loveless bolts are used to fasten the handle handles.

Compared to round pins or rivets, Loveless bolts significantly facilitate assembly and create a reliable connection.

Drilling is done with two drill diameters: a smaller through hole passes through both handles and the blade, a larger blind hole for mounting the screw nuts in the handle. The handle tightens the screws after applying the glue and there is no need to use clamps.

The specified screw diameter corresponds to the larger blind hole from the outside of the handle and the visible part of the screw after assembling the handle.

After grinding to the plane of the insert, it creates a typical eye (ring with a core). After grinding, the connection is no longer dismountable.

It is made of brass, stainless steel or a combination of these materials.
