Elmax
Description
Elmax is a high-quality stainless steel produced by the Uddeholm Group using the powder metallurgy method. Holds the edge well, is difficult to sharpen and is decently tough. This is a very fine-grained steel, so it allows for a very aggressive edge. It allows hardening up to a hardness of 62 HRC while maintaining decent toughness. Due to the high chromium content, it is highly corrosion resistant.
